Goods are invoiced on delivery. Invoice amounts must be paid within 30 days to WSA OFFICE PROJECT AG provided\u00a0no other written agreement has been made. Should WSA OFFICE PROJECT AG become aware of any circumstances\u00a0that call into question the creditworthiness or solvency of the buyer, we reserve the right to withdraw from an\u00a0agreement or to request an immediate down payment of the invoice amount or the advance payment of the entire\u00a0invoice amount.<\/p>\n
