{"id":1277,"date":"2020-09-15T19:17:30","date_gmt":"2020-09-15T19:17:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wsa.d-z-e-n.com\/en\/?p=1277"},"modified":"2020-10-05T18:40:58","modified_gmt":"2020-10-05T18:40:58","slug":"truttmann-ag-reiden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wsa.ch\/en\/references\/truttmann-ag-reiden","title":{"rendered":"TRUTTMANN AG, REIDEN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Initial situation &amp; goals<\/strong><br \/>\nTruttmann AG works in consulting, planning, manufacturing and assembly of refrigeration technology systems for decades and has around 80 employees.<\/p>\n<p>After a constant growth, Truttmann AG took the chance to realize a new building in the industrial area in Reiden near Lucerne. \u00a0At the new location, all departments including production and storage are joined under one roof and new and spacious office and communication environments were created on a 550m2 floor space.<\/p>\n<p>The chosen carpet (NetEffect) complements the spacious rooms and the rounded ceiling panels contrast to the straight geometry of the room. Furthermore, the created News Caf\u00e9 is becoming a new meeting point for clients and employees. WSA Office Project was able to join the project at an early stage and could therefore also influence the building grid and the housing technology.
