{"id":22348,"date":"2026-06-18T07:08:38","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T07:08:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wsa.ch\/en\/?p=22348"},"modified":"2026-06-30T11:42:47","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T11:42:47","slug":"raiffeisenbank-zurich-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wsa.ch\/en\/references\/raiffeisenbank-zurich-2","title":{"rendered":"Raiffeisenbank Z\u00fcrich"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project<\/strong><br>Raiffeisenbank Zurich\u2019s new customer area on Limmatquai<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Services<\/strong><br>Project organisation, space management, zone planning, detailed office planning,<br>interior design, material concepts &amp; special design, site management &amp; implementation of interior fit-out,<br>room-within-a-room fittings, partition walls, acoustic measures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Directly on the Limmatquai, a new customer zone has been created for Raiffeisenbank Z\u00fcrich, seamlessly linking several floors both in space and function. <strong>Clear paths, intuitive orientation, and a calm customer flow<\/strong> were at the heart of the design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The nearby river<strong> &#8220;Limmat&#8221; became the foundation of the design concept<\/strong>. Light, materials and atmosphere subtly reflect the idea of flow, giving the space a distinct identity rooted in its surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>A physical branch becomes <strong>a place for personal interaction, trust and genuine connection<\/strong>. At the centre is a customer area that creates a still point while offering clear orientation throughout the space. Everything in flow.
