Initial situation & goals

GastroSocial is one of the largest social insurance organizations in Switzerland and offers all types of mandatory insurance within 1st and 2nd pillar.

In April 2016, the 230 employees moved into the GastroSocial Tower, a new building with 13 floors.

The concept for this new office and communication environment follows the idea that only employees who feel comfortable at work can provide an excellent customer service.

The result of the collaboration with WSA interior architects and project managers is a modern working environment with abundant space for privacy.
