Background and aims
Allreal has moved from Oerlikon to Opfikon. The 7,000 m2 space houses 227 modern workstations, and further workstations have been equipped for hot-desking for the benefit of the project supervisors. The company’s move to its own building, the “Lightcube”, aims to strengthen communication, exchange and collaboration across departments, and to make optimal use of existing synergies.
At the new address, teams use the new zones designated by the “agile workspace” concept for increased collaboration. However, a high-quality personal workstation is also available to every employee for focused work. The office space is open while simultaneously guaranteeing maximum privacy.
The design is sophisticated and classic yet inspiring. Communication between teams on different floors and across the extensive spaces is bolstered by intersections and the indoors “garden” area.
We enjoyed a professional and very friendly collaboration with Allreal as the real estate and general contractor, and with the company’s specialists. We would like to thank them for their effective teamwork.
