The main activities of Geoinfra Ingenieure AG are municipal planning, surveying, geoinformatics and the planning and implementation of infrastructure facilities. To ensure that Geoinfra is equipped for the future and can operate flexibly in the market, the company wanted to merge its two previous locations. Thanks to the jointly conducted needs analysis and the “Center Point Organization” workshop with WSA Office Project AG, it was clear that the closed individual and group offices would be replaced by a modern open-space solution with communication, hybrid, and retreat areas. Geoinfra found the ideal office environment in the iconic building of the former old weaving mill in Wetzikon.

On a total area of 867 square meters, a modern, open office landscape was created in close collaboration with meierpartner architekten, which skillfully blends the character of the loft-like building with its high ceilings with the office furnishings.
