Abstracta Air-X
DESCRIPTION
In 2006, Abstracta, together with Stefan Borselius, presented a completely new perspective on acoustic room dividers.
Inspired by the geometry of nature, the Air concept has produced acoustic room dividers in the form of flowers, snowflakes, leaves and abstract figures. With Air-X, Stefan Borselius enters a world of symbols, typography and letters. Made from fabric-covered, moulded fibre felt, the concept absorbs sound and prevents echoes. The x-shaped modules are assembled into “open” partitions that form or suggest new areas within a room while allowing light to pass through unhindered.
This is what sets Air-X apart:
- Transparent room divider
- Versatile installation
- Large selection of colours and patterns
