A chair made as if all of a piece – ergonomic, functional and with a clear design. Everything merges fluidly: the delicate arm-rests are invisibly mounted to the frame and the plastic shell. The seat covers, too, are attached to the plastic shell in such a way that no seams or zippers required during manufacturing are visible. This makes ray appear as if all of a piece. Its language of forms is fluid, clear and dynamic. And in terms of ergonomics, this cantilever chair sets a benchmark as well. Flexible polygonal blades in the seat and back areas ensure optimum adaptation of the plastic shell to the human body. The fully upholstered seat surface additionally provides top seating comfort. The arm-rests made of diecast aluminium offer a choice of surface finishes – chromed, polished or featuring coloured powder-coating.
