NEW CHANCES
New furniture does not make a new office! Successfully carried out office projects represent a company’s core values and make them visible from outside. The article “Rethink 1” published by WSA Office Project caused reactions. The idea that new offices inspire has grown in appeal to national and international companies, authorities, hospitals and even to whole branches. New offices are new chances and during the start-up phase it belongs to the management, no matter what kind or size of the company.

Changes and consequences affect the whole company. To look at employees as partners, is a way of thinking that is becoming more important. Everyone who hires employees should invest in their identification with the company and their wellbeing. Respect and trust is the base for excellent performance and is required, to successfully carry out a project.

The way people work is changing quickly. It is therefore not a surprise that one of the world leading coffee chains with more than 15.000 locations has been declared to be “the world’s biggest office”. It is a fact that employees work more frequently there, where their jobs need them to. Still, some demands never change: People love team work, people need privacy and people want to be proud of their company.
